EXPERIENCE September 2007 – Present: American Traffic Solutions (Software Development Supervisor/Architect) Led team of software developers, building Windows services, ASP.NET web applications, desktop applications, and WCF Services using C# 3.5 with Oracle database. Responsible for all aspects of building and supporting PlatePass product used by top rental car and fleet management companies across the country, along with toll authorities in California, Colorado, Texas, Florida, and the entire E-ZPass network. Built Windows application and corresponding database design for administration of toll pricing across various toll authorities, vehicle types, and date ranges. Built series of applications for connecting to vendor websites, authenticating, and transferring data automatically with little or no human interaction. Utilized agile methodologies (scrum) to provide regularly scheduled releases, typically including new file interfaces with vendors, website enhancements, service interfaces with internal departments, and utilities to improve development processes. Responsible for prospective employee technical interviews and assistance in annual reviews of junior developers and support staff. March 2006 – September 2007: Bear Stearns (Application Developer) Designed suite of C# 2.0 applications for XML-based vendor product, to retrieve, modify, and update loan product and pricing guidelines. Built ASP.NET application used for tracking early payments, including design and administration of SQL Server database. Implemented release management and version control for vendor ASP.NET 1.1 application, including IIS 6.0 configuration. Maintained report repositories in Crystal and SQL Server Reporting Services, along with analytic data with SQL Server Analysis Services, and key performance indicators using custom vendor product. May 2001 – March 2006: United Financial Mortgage Corporation (Application Developer) Designed and developed Windows forms, product and pricing guidelines, and third party interfaces using Fidelity Empower scripting language (similar to Delphi). Built ASP.NET applications for existing loan tracking, and for hypothetical scenario pricing, using new techniques based on vendor functionality. Built new fee user interface, providing users with the ability to quickly, consistently, and accurately define loan fees. Built Sub-prime pricing engine, including rate sheet Excel import, pricing rules, and user interface, previously entirely unavailable in the Empower product suite.
